Its the network leadership that does not seem to be on the same page; they roll out rushed and new initiatives each year that do not seem fully thought out as to how it will actually look on a day to day basis. Exhausting job. The micromanagement is extreme and completely unnecessary. They offer great benefits and the salary is acceptable. The workload is definitely manageable so long as you stay organized. the principle will not do anything to help you.
